As holistic healers believe, the earth provides all that we need to heal our bodies. Man made pharmaceutical drugs, although valuable, can cause harmful side effects. Our internal organs (such as the kidney and liver) have an easier time processing naturally existing medicines, such as herbs and roots.  Holistic medicine is gaining ground in the East and West alike, and for good reason.

Herb

**Please note, most of these herbs are not suitable for use during pregnancy.  Consult a homoeopathist before taking any of these herbs.
