6 drops Lavender 4 drops Basil 2 drops Peppermint
Mix all essential oils into 1-2 Tablespoons carrier oil. Massage onto back of neck, earlobes, temples, and forehead. (**DO NOT GET ESSENTIAL OILS IN YOUR EYES!**) Relax and inhale deeply for 10 to 15 minutes. May also be used in a calming bath. Add oils directly to warm water.
